What payment methods are accepted?

We use Shopify secure payment for safe and secure transactions. We accept PayPal, AMEX, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Shop Pay. 

When will my order ship?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. Processing time may be extended during the holidays. Tracking information will be available after your purchase has shipped.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we offer international shipping and ship merchandise to most countries.

What if I need to cancel or change my order? 

We cannot make changes to orders once placed.  Please check that the address entered is correct. If you realize you entered the wrong address, please contact us at info@ravellointimates.com. If the order has not been processed and shipped, we can make a change to the address.

What if my package is lost?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It may be possible the package was returned to our warehouse. If you believe your package was lost, please contact us at info@ravellointimates.com.

What is your return policy?

Items can be returned for exchange or store-credit within 30 days upon receipt of your purchase. Any items received after 30 days are not eligible for exchange or store credit. We are unable to accept returns beyond 30 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 30 days may be returned to you. Items can be refunded if returned within 14 days upon receipt.

How do I start a return?

Return requests can be made by selecting “Request a Return” and providing your order information.

How should I care for my Ravello pieces?

Each item has an internal label with the specific wash instructions. This information is also listed on the website under each product in the "care" tab.

What should I do if my Ravello piece is damaged or faulty? 

If you notice your items are damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately and we will refund or exchange the damaged item.

What if I want to buy a gift card? 

Gift cards can be purchased on our website. Gift cards can also be applied on all orders.
