Returns & Exchanges

Finding the perfect fit is sometimes not easy online, which is why we made our return and exchange process as easy as possible!

Items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days upon receipt of your purchase. If you miss the 14 days mark, items can still be returned for exchange or store-credit within 30 days upon receipt of your purchase. Any items received after 30 days are not eligible for exchange or store credit. We are unable to accept returns beyond 30 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 30 days may be returned to you.

We do not accept exchanges or returns on items purchased on sale or items purchased using a discount code as part of a sale promotion, all discounted items are considered final sale, unless the items are damaged or defective and proof must be provided by the customer.

Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in original packaging. Damaged returns and returns sent back without prior authorization will be returned to the sender. Our store-credit does not expire and can be used toward another item on our site. Panties cannot be returned or exchanged.
